5 of My Favorite Things for Winter (not just for when dogs bite or bees sting)

#5- Ankle Booties!
Ankle boots are a great item to have in your closet for fall and winter.
I dress them up with black tights or fun cocktail dresses.  I also dress them down with jeans or leggings.

These Christian Louboutin Orniron Ankle Boots are well out of my price range, but it doesn't hurt to look (or to dream)!

Fore more affordable booties try Bakers online store. They have a peep toe booty that I love.

#4- Body Souffles

I love body souffles! Not just for winter, but it is crucial to take care of that skin when it's cold out there.

Groove Shea Souffle by Carol's Daughter is splendid:) I use generic baby oil right out the shower and slab this all over at night, or during the day just sparsely...it goes a long way and gets the job done.
Try it out- you will smell wonderfully delicious and feel like a queen.

                                #3 Chai and Wines

I am a self-proclaimed addict of coffee.
But, I recently tried the Vanilla Chai Tea at Dilworth Coffee, and I love it. It's a great, cozy little treat!

I also love this Valenzano cranberry wine. It's great for holiday parties. And, the grapes are born and raised in beautiful South Jersey -woot woot! :)

                                                                                       #2 Scarves
DUH! These are a hot trend, and also extremely functional (not to mention necessary).
If you can knit or crochet (not like me), you can give a sweet gift to someone. I throw them over any outfit, and wrap them all different ways. Here is a cool handmade scarf I love by Crafty Butterfly on etsy. Check it out!

                                            1 Lip Balm

EVERYONE NEEDS a good form of lip balm. Carmex and Blistex are my favorite. Of course, I have my lip glosses and lip colors. But, for everyday, you need this; bottom-line.
